Executive Management Team

Roger Hartman, Chief Executive Officer L.  Roger Hartman brings more than 20 years of leadership and a proven track record with high growth software companies to MachLogic. His focus at MachLogic is to drive the company's strategic direction and to oversee all operations of the company. Hartman was most recently President and COO of B&H, where he was responsible for the operations of the company. Prior to joining B&H, he was President and CEO of AmbaDoc, and President and CEO of Starson-Ride. Hartman also held marketing roles at The Coca-Cola Company, Procter & Gamble, and Royal Crown Company. Hartman holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania.

Steven Lowe, Chief Financial OfficerIn his role as Chief Financial Officer, Lowe is primarily responsible for corporate operations, strategy and finance-related initiatives at MachLogic. This includes aligning corporate strategy with capital allocations, strategic investments, and processes that foster inter-departmental coordination. He brings to this position more than fourteen years of experience in leading finance and investment initiatives at industry-leading companies. Lowe was most recently Senior Director of strategic investment at EDS, where he was responsible for assessing and executing merger and acquisition and strategic investment opportunities. He has also held senior positions at KPMG. Lowe holds a degree in finance from Arizona State University.

Jerry Chambers, CTO, VP, Products Jerry Chambers co-founded MachLogic in 1998 and has held the position of Chief Technology Officer since that time. Chambers brings to MachLogic years of experience in software architecture, engineering and strategy, and is responsible for defining the technology vision at the core of MachLogic's solutions. Prior to co-founding MachLogic, Chambers led corporate strategy at B&H and engineering at LMSC. Chambers holds a degree in Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Glenn Mitchell, VP, Client Services Mitchell joined MachLogic in September 2000 to manage client services, and since that time has moved into the position of Vice President, Client Services. Mitchell brings substantial operational and management experience to the MachLogic team, and has used this experience in building MachLogic's Client Services organization. As head of the Client Services organization, Mitchell is responsible for ensuring that the MachLogic solution is delivering results in each client organization, and in doing so, Mitchell has played a major role in ensuring MachLogic's consistently high levels of client satisfaction. Prior to joining MachLogic, Mitchell was with the AT&T. Mitchell holds a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Engineering from the University of Florida.

Brian Jacoby, VP, Sales
Brian Jacoby joined MachLogic in 1998 and is responsible for growing company revenue. Jacoby brings a successful track record in sales, business development and sales management. Prior to MachLogic, Jacoby served as Vice President of Major Accounts at Odius, Inc., where he increased client revenues by 70% within the first six months. Jacoby was also the CEO and co-founder of eMenson, an international e-business solutions and service provider, where he led revenue growth of 50% each year.

Jon Allen, VP, Marketing Jon Allen joined MachLogic in 2002 to lead marketing. With over 20 years of marketing and managerial experience, Allen brings consistency and focus to MachLogic's public face and marketing programs. Prior to joining MachLogic, Allen headed up regional marketing for The Coca-Cola Company, and held key marketing positions at Exodus. Allen holds a degree from Texas A&M.
